Mitchell Samick graduated from Saint Vincent College in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in History/Secondary Education. He then graduated in 2005 with his Master’s degree in Education also from Saint Vincent College. Mitchell has a PA Instructional I teaching certification in Secondary Education.
After substitute teaching Mitchell became a Before and After School Program Director with the Greensburg YMCA. In 2009, Mitchell began working in social services when he became a case manager at a local agency where he worked with foster children and families.
In 2010, he began working in a Therapeutic Foster Care Program as a Program Coordinator. After working in that capacity, he was promoted to Program Director where he managed all day to day activities of the program.
Mitchell joined CASA as an Advocate Supervisor in August of 2014 and currently serves as the Program Director.
